Police Station

Building a new police station for zone kanton Borgloon. The police services that are at this moment spread over the kanton, are brought together in this new building. At the same time, an outpost for the fire department is built on the same location.

The building has an underground cellar, 2 above ground building layers and a technical area under the roof slope. The construction has a concrete structure; the roof is designed as a steel structure.

The different parties in the team involved in the design process have made a commitment to make the design as a BIM model.

This is a PPP project according to the Design & Building principle.
