Values only offer added value when they are experienced and felt by everyone at Establis. We don't want our values to remain a dead letter, so we've turned them into living letters, literally as well as figuratively. Literally by visualizing our values together with our colleagues. And figuratively by organizing workshops on a regular basis in which we debate and work on the values so that everyone feels what they stand for.
