Development of the site along the Dijle, between the Minderbroedersstraat and the Janseniusstraat in Leuven. The development is divided in several phases.

The first phase consists of two new buildings with 6 layers, each with a cellar (buildings 1A and 1B), and the conversion of the listed Agricultural Institute and Helleputvleugel to casco apartments. Phase two comprises an underground car park with 160 parking spots, right next to the Dijle, and a tower building with 10 above ground levels and 2 underground levels.

Phase 3 consists of 4 apartment buildings with 77 housing units with underground car park. The fourth phase consists of 13 single family homes, Abbeyfield with 13 assisted living units (4A and 4B) and a small apartment building with commercial ground floor (4C – to be built).
