Chocolate Academy Callebaut

Building a Chocolate Academy for Callebaut.
The building provides a space for giving workshops, there is an office area and an auditorium. The building is an annexe to the existing building and has no cellar. It has a combination of concrete floor slabs and roof slabs above the offices/laboratories and steeldeck as roof slab for the entrance building. Walls are made of load bearing masonry + columns and concrete walls where needed.
