Evolv specializes in the structural design of complex projects across various sectors, including healthcare, education, laboratories, retail, offices, and residential developments. We collaborate with architects, contractors, and both private and public developers, working directly with them or as part of integrated construction teams. To deliver the most effective technical and economic solutions, we strive to be involved as early as possible in the process — ideally from the very first conceptual design. One of our key strengths is our ability to collaborate with other disciplines on a project and proactively contribute. We are also frequently called upon to refine and optimize existing studies.

Both companies actively share their expertise in structural stability and BIM technology with each other.

With around 30 employees, Establis Group is small enough to respond quickly to inquiries and agile enough to adapt to changes in any project. At the same time, we are large and experienced enough to house all the necessary expertise in structural design under one roof, allowing us to offer independent, unbiased advice. Most importantly, structural engineering is our passion. We are dedicated and enthusiastic about using our knowledge and expertise to successfully bring every project to completion!

To ensure the large-scale residential project is sufficiently diverse, three different architecture firms were engaged. The focal points?
