Development of a residential section that is part of the rezoning of the former Tour & Taxis industrial site in Brussels. Phase 2 consists of 11 building blocks on top of an underground car park and situated around 2 courtyards.

The construction method is classic with calcium-silicate bricks, concrete walls and precast concrete floors. The building blocks each have 5 to 7 levels.
