Redevelopment of the CM site in the center of Kortrijk, called "De Wijngaard". 55 recognized service flats, 50 appartments and 1.547 m² office space will be built. There will also be an underground car park with 89 parking spaces. The project extends from the Sint-Janslaan to the Wijngaardstraat and the Vlamingenstraat.

The facade in the Wijngaardstraat is listed and therefore integrated in the project. This led to a high ground floor, above which a new bearing slab takes the load of the upper floors. The structure is built on pile foundations.
