Demolition and reconstruction of an existing office building. The existing building no longer meets the standards for a contemporary office building (free height, special techniques, etc.). Therefore, a complete demolition was chosen, where only the existing retaining walls are preserved, and a reconstruction.

The new structure is largely composed of precast concrete elements (beams in reinforced precast concrete, prestressed hollow core slabs, …). In some specific places, metal beams are mounted, almost in the thickness of the plate, for easy passage of HVAC ducts, …

Because of the public parking under the Wetstraat, a non-standard solution had to be developed for the preservation of the existing retaining walls.
