profile - project leader
YOUR ROLE
As an experienced project leader, you are the cornerstone of the project. You are in direct contact with clients and external parties, manage the budget, ensure technical quality, and lead a team of dedicated colleagues. You manage multiple projects and report directly to management.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Designing structural concepts for the projects
- Drawing up specifications and estimates
- Checking structural plans and design reports
- Maintaining external contacts
- Ensuring smooth site follow-up
- Managing project hours and determining team priorities
- Leading a team consisting of a structural engineer and a BIM designer
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- A driven professional with a Master's degree in Civil Engineering or Civil Engineering Technology
- At least 10 years of experience, preferably in project management
- Excellent planning skills and the ability to prioritize
- Strong communication skills and interest in client interaction
- Team player with an eye for quality and precision
- Work proficiency in Dutch; knowledge of SCIA Engineer, Buildsoft Concrete, IDEA StatiCa, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Hilti Profis Engineer, CloudPiling, and ArchiSnapper is a plus
