your role

As a project planner, you coordinate complex dossiers and projects. You act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensure the proper flow of information at the right time. You work closely with the structural engineer and report to the project leader.

your responsibilities

• Managing and organising all incoming and outgoing project information
• General project coordination during the execution phase: project planning, checking reinforcement plans, preparing specifications, estimates, site follow-up, assisting with (site) meetings, budget monitoring, invoicing, reporting, etc.
• Administrative follow-up of the project until completion
• Support with the permit process, including administrative handling on the 'Omgevingsloket' web platform and monitoring timing and advice
• Reporting to the project leader and architect/client

what are we looking for?

• A driven professional with a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in (Applied) Architecture or Civil Engineering (Technology)
• Experience in project management in an engineering or architectural firm
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Work proficiency in Dutch; knowledge of SCIA Engineer, Buildsoft Concrete, IDEA StatiCa, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Revit, Hilti Profis Engineer, CloudPiling, and ArchiSnapper is a plus
